Like the universe that has the Earth

I don't think the human mind is capable of explaining any divinity that may exist. It either comes out in a very juvenile way with a bunch of shit that is impossible to swallow. Any force in the universe would need to include everything in it- including both genders as well as all good and evil. Also, I believe its an individual relationship. Partially because anytime more than 3 people. believe they are like-minded and form any type of church or sense of us the very next thing will be a sense of "them". That's when it seems like a good idea to kill everyone who disagrees. Since this is the worst in patriarchal, monotheistic religions that are prevalent in west. Many Eastern spiritual traditions avoid this by acting as much as a psychology as a spirituality which makes them easier for me to swallow. Despite the multiple suggestions/laws/commandments about peace and love being sacrosanct in Christianity, Judaism and Islam they all seem to shed way too much blood in the name of love.
If any of these are approached from a mystic rather than orthodox viewpoint there is a horse of a different color. If Thomas the Gnostic had outmanuvered Iraneus in the early years of Christianity might be more of a spiritual tradition than a fairy tale. If Islam abided by the Quran than the Haditha same outcome and Judaism had followed kabbalah instead of rabbis these religions might have something relevant to say to 21st century people. I hate to admit it but the first spiritual traditions were all fertility symbols and as such were far more female than male. It's the testosterone that leads to Jihad, Crusades, and the violence that runs through the Hebrew bible. It's testosterone that is usually behind all the fundamentalism whose tenet is to kill all those heretic assholes that have characterized the last 2,000 + years
Yet there are those like me with an itch to be reduced so every woman is a goddess, a titan to us, trapped in their fist, under their foot, most like her being power hungry and abusing her newfound position for revenge. I’d personally rather less malicious but still dominating. Others want to be crushed, swallowed and absorbed by her.
Nature is often referred to as Mother Nature, a powerful force, if unpredictable force.
As for grace without being hungry for power in real life, that’s down to personality, experience and humbleness, it’s rare for either men or women in positions of power I feel, probably as it’s filled with people who seek it out or part of an “in-group” through family connections.
Thank you for MHO.
I think God is one being but all genders at once (including agender). I know it’s a paradox but no stranger than the Christian concept of the Trinity or the Hindu belief in Brahma Vishnu and Shiva.

I heard an interpretation of bible genesis like that, god "made man in his shape male and female " if together then both, in one, but regardless god is spirit not really male.
I think god is a hermaphrodite transexual asexual virtual fantasy of ignorant, uneducated humans.
So you think there’s no man or woman responsible for all the magic? Even Einstein believed in God. He was more educated than many
So? Albert Einstein was born into a middle class Jewish family in 1879 Germany So he was exposed to religion and peer pressure to conform to a particular religion because of the time, place, and culture he was born into. His views on religion were not as simple as you seem to think.
From Wikipedia...
"Albert Einstein's religious views have been widely studied and often misunderstood. Albert Einstein stated "I believe in Spinoza's God". He did not believe in a personal God who concerns himself with fates and actions of human beings, a view which he described as naïve. He clarified, however, that, "I am not an atheist", preferring to call himself an agnostic, or a "religious nonbeliever." In other interviews, he stated that he thought that there is a "lawgiver" who sets the laws of the universe. Einstein also stated he did not believe in life after death, adding "one life is enough for me." He was closely involved in his lifetime with several humanist groups. Einstein rejected a conflict between science and religion, and held that cosmic religion was necessary for science.
@PontiacPubg ,
Nope, that book of phony fairy tales doesn't work any better than the bibble.
@babygirl_s in Gnosticism yes they potentially hinted at the true Gods either being same gendered or mixed lol 😆
You can read the Mythology & Religion part of the Eldritch Abomination Trope.
No, I haven't. But you are right in that he isn't alone. He is a trinity of three persons
I don’t know
I’m just curious
Do you believe that God the Father is exclusively male?
I don’t. I do believe that Jesus Christ probably began life as a cis male, but after He died and ascended to heaven I think He like the Father came to include all genders. But that’s just my personal interpretation.
No, gender is not something that can be predicated of God. We don't say "he" because he is male, we say it because his relationship towards us is most closely analogous to that of a father. So it's about relationship, and not an attribute of God. After all, both male and female were made in his image, and so both are pale reflections of the whole completeness that is the Trinity.
As for Jesus, in his divinity he has no gender, but in his humanity he is a man.
I totally agree with you
Methodist
We don’t all think that. But I do.
Not really. That’s about as far as I’ve gotten. Essentially I agree with your analysis of gender and the Trinity.
Me too
Nothing really lol. Too busy with exams coming up to absorb any real wisdom right now.
Sure
One being
nope god is a man
Any proof you have?
yes I have proof
