That means that 87-93% of the population identifies as either theists or deists.

According to evolution and natural selection, this means is that the people who are predisposed to being theist and deists are more successful at both:

1. Having sex and

2. Surviving in general

So, it's a scientifically proven fact that atheists are beta males.

It's not about rarity, it's about the genetic variation that's best suited to its environment and thus gets passed down more successfully. Autism is rare, it doesn't mean it's better.

You're implying/assuming two things here; One that theism and or deism is delusional and the second is that atheists have the highest IQ. I would assume the opposite.

Never said atheists have high IQ though ya know Hawkings, Dawkins, Einstein, Tyson all top IQs that came to the conclusion god does not exist.
But that's beside the point, the idea of this genetic variation has left people religious on purpose is absurd. As how does that make sense for IQ?
And ain't it funny how IQ on average goes up as society goes on... And as society goes on we've become less religious?
It would be hard to prove an actual relation which is why I am not saying that though it's one hell of a coincidence right?

I don't know about Hawkins, but Einstien described himself as a pantheist. Dawkins is an idiot. His only accomplishment is nothing at all.

It's not NESSESARILY about rarity. If a genetic trait has survived this long it means it's beneficial. All the countries with higher atheism also have hgiher rates of depression and suicide and lower birth rates. So atheism actually decreses as society progresses.

Being religious is not a genetic trait so based on a false premise anyway, babies aren't born religious we aren't born religious on genetics smh.

As for Einstein was a jew who lost faith later on, as he came to understand more so that god was unlikely. And was very outspoken about religious dogma cause it made no sense and is bad.
Granted he wasn't as sure unlike the others, but I am sure in our time he would of seen hawking point and agreed, but who knows.

Also depression and suicide... Low birth rates Is another thing to hard to prove it's connected, but no atheism is not decreasing we are in the highest period of history with atheism rate. And religious control being less and less in modern society is proof alone that religious standing keeps going down.

Being predisposed to believing can absolutely be a genetic trait, you do realise that things like belief, emotions, and predispositions can be passed down genetically. It's not a hard thing to connect, they are clear statistics. 7-13% of the population idtifies as athiests explicitly, those are pretty low numbers. If there was anything that contradicted the existance of god atheists would have a stronger case and stronger numbers.

That is a crazy irrational logic, and alpha/beta while having real world applications differ a lot from the popular interpretation of them. By your logic, whatever trait is most common is better. E. g being bad in bed is better than being good, being poor better than rich, being beta better than alpha (based on the basic premise that Alpha is more rare) so on.

We could just as well state that with a flock having few alphas and many betas and there being many theists to each atheist then atheists are naturally predisposed to being the alphas.

If we were to compare, an atheist typically goes against the stream and forms their own opinion. Very alpha.

By alpha I mean in the evolutionary sense: more successful at mating and surviving. Rarity often gets weeded out of the evolutionary pool for example if somebody has a genetic defect that makes them less suited to their environment they will get weeded out. Success as defined by natural selection is the variatiin that gets passed down, not the one that's rare.

As for your notion that atheism equals unhappy, suicide and depression you have unfortunately made that claim to someone living in the world's most aethist country, Sweden and the most aethist region, Scandinavia.

Now. We do face declining birthrates like all of the first world countries, but ours is no worse than others and less than many. It does not hold up as an argument.

While Sweden, and other nordic/scandinavian countries have a high rate of people that have been diagnosed with depression at some point our number of active depressed people is still lower than places like for example the US. We are also, consistently, rated the happiest people on earth so there is that. All evidence hints that we have less of a stigma around mental problems and recover faster. Ultimately having less depression than similarly advanced countries.

As for suicide, again like the rest of the world it is a growing problem but less so than other more religious places so there is nothing here.

Dominant by the standards of if a discussion is evaluated by an unbiased third party. Like ours here where you continually present claims that do not hold up to even minimal scrutiny.

If atheists convinced anybody their numbers would be higher than 7-13% of the population. There is no knowledge that contradicts the existence of God, there simply isn't. But what we do know is that people live in denial all the time. If you acknowledge that evidence can only be determined through human perception (like evidence for God), that means there is an 87 to 93% chance that atheists are either in denial or mistaken, that's a pretty high probability.

Yes. Suicide is less common in the religious muslim world than the religious Asian world. This has nothing to do with atheism and is a questionable argument at best, especially considering that religions in which suicide will cause significant fallout for the closest relations are... unsurprisingly, less likely to name it a suicide.

At this rate this is deterioating into a religion vs atheism in general discussion and by no means am I claiming there are no benefits at all to religion. But changing the area of discussion over and over does little to support the initial, already unrelated, point.
