What do you think of Ben Sira saying that God always repays and He repays you more than what is taken from you or lost?

Esau was angry when Jacob stole his blessing twice, but 20 years later, when Esau and Jacob reunited with each other, we learn from the bible, that Esau was so wealthy he didn't even want the crazy amounts of money Jacob was offering to him for free.

What this means is Esau was both wealthy and kind - he had prospered both financially and socially, by becoming both rich and visibly righteous after his 20 year separation from Jacob.

In other words, God had repaid Esau for the things Jacob stole from him.

A guy from my bible study say that a lot of Hindus believe when you are robbed, your reward by God is so big, it exceeds the loss you had to bear through the theft you were forced to endure.

When my cell phone was stolen while on vacation last year, I went to the police station to look for it, even though my odds of finding it were less than 1% because I felt an incredible peace come over me when it was stolen so I thought God was trying to signal to me that I would re-find it again. I never found my cell phone that day and I bought a new one.

Maybe the peace meant, God would repay me seven times over for having my cell phone stolen last year.
