Do you think the reason Ben Sira is excluded from the bible is that some might think it contradicts the idea of Paul?

Ben Sira says no fear comes upon those who fear God and Ben Sira says no torment comes upon those who are righteous and fear God.

Paul said it is through many tribulations that you are entering the kingdom of God.

The wisdom books in the Jewish bible say that no harm befalls the truly righteous, but it also says that less than one in two thousand people are upright by biblical standards.

Other places say if you are upright and fear God you will not fear evil tidings and will be at peace. I am paraphrasing because I do not remember the exact words they used in those passages.
