If you had no limitations, it would make you a monster. God gave themselves limitations, especially depending on which “god” you’re comparing yourself to. Presuming we’re going with the most popular monotheistic God of Jehovah, they gave themself the limitation of refusing to take away the free will of their creations. If you make anything you please and have full control over all of them then you’re not anything like that God but just kind of an over controlling asshole with the power to shape your own reality. Actually, on second thought, you’d be closer to the Demiurge of gnostic christianity. They’re usually depicted as a dragon, I believe, and quite notoriously evil and selfish.
