Have you STARTED going to church recently?

This question is mostly directed towards Gen Z and younger Millennial members.

I often hear of reports and stories about church attendance increasing amongst Gen Z and younger Millennials, particularly men. Furthermore, that they are more interested in more traditional and, if you will, "conservative" forms of worship, such as the Catholic Traditional Latin Mass.

I've been to many different churches. I went to an antiochian orthodox church for the first time last year because my ex did that, it was interesting. I'm always curious what becomes canonical in different churches.

Christian lore seems to vary tremendously depending on which branch you go down. I lean more traditional, but there are things I question why it's important. A lot of people who will probably be surprised by where they end up in the afterlife.

Well not for me , last time i visited the church was age 28 to become a godfather of a child (Polish friends). However i can understand that many young people that are facing such a harsh and unfair world... would turn to god to at least find some solace in knowing there might be a greater plan.

In history it is a repeating thing, when life gets really bad... we look for god so we can have ease of mind... and we tend to become less individualistic and more communal not just for survival but for support.

And these poor kids (well i know some are grown already ;-) ) have no chance of a house... massive taxes due to the green reforms and on top of that they might get both a global recession as well as a new cold war.

No. When I moved out for college, I stopped going. My dad used to force us whe we were younger including having late night Saturday Bible study. I started dreading weekends as a kid just because of that.

I've never stopped. Young people are finding a home in the church. You only have to look at the state of soceity to see why.

I go every Sunday
