The bible says if you clean your hands by being humble about your sins, and viewing others as equal in value to yourself, God will speak to you?

Sins or transgressions are not all equal. Not having any criminal convictions (or committed the act) for violent or sexual crimes or any crime for that matter, I don't I'm think as bad a person as those who have committed such crimes, especially those who expressed no remorse for their actions.

The Bible talks about being humble in many places, and how good that is, but I don't know a specific verse that says God will talk to you.

Would you please provide the book and verse of this.
