Do you find fulfillement in wordly pleasures or religious/God connection and why?

In my religion. I enjoy the goods of this world, but there really isn't a way that they can bring fulfillment, otherwise I live to consume. That just sounds absolutely miserable. Pleasure is only temporary. It's in fulfilling an obligation to someone and something outside of and greater than yourself that brings joy and fulfillment.

I tried both. Living without God in my life is a very empty feeling and void with no real lasting purpose and pleasure.

Since I became a christian over 10 years ago I just feel much more better at peace and as if I have purpose to live for God and His kingdom to which is the reason He allowed to be born to begin with.

I chose first option but normally i dont find fullfillement in either of them i guess i will find fullfillement in the afterlife
