So I think everyone knows I'm single. And I have concluded God might not allow me to have a relationship with any guy I want but I have the opportunity to connect with God which is far more fulfilling than any guy that I might date or marry. Cause a romantic relationship does not last after you die but God lasts forever.
In a manner of speaking. I derive peace from my faith. Peace I never knew until I found God's love. I used to worry a lot. Sometimes to the point of giving myself stomach aches. Now I have faith that God will never put anything in my path that I cannot surmount. I know he's always in my corner and always there in my darkest times. And at times when I've been able to walk anymore he has carried me. I know God doesn't make deals but whenever I'm faced with difficulty I always pray to God that I'll do whatever work is required i only ask that he gives me the strength to see it through.
So yes, God is very much the center of my life. Without him I have no real purpose. I'd just be existing, not living.
I'm not religious myself but I believe my faith in higher power from the universe itself (so no gods, allah etc) helps me to find purpose in life and to be able to know it will all be okay in the end.

My faith in God helps me to realise that my life has purpose. And when I can’t understand what’s happening around me, I can put my faith in the God who is always in control.
Does that make me feel good about my life? I can feel a joy that although it might not go that way I want it to go, then that’s okay, because something better is coming, and at the end of the day, it’s not about me.
"Finding religion" makes you see life differently. Getting saved ridded me of my virulent hatred of Jews. That transformation can't be understood any other way. G0d said "Stop That!" And I did.
Yes always have a great week when we go to Sunday church. Also my baby loves saying hi to everyone.
God makes people happy who believe in him.
