Petting my two cats.
One is a petite 17 year old Burmese. We've had her for 11 years. She's a sweet girl who we used to let outside every morning and bring in at dinner time.

She recently became totally blind so we have to keep her inside now. She spends most of her time sleeping on our bed were we have a warming pad for cats covered by a soft blanket. She's very comfy.

She can find her way to her food and her litter box, but doesn't venture out much beyond that.

She loves being petted and caressed. She purrs real loud when either my wife or I come into the room to pay attention to her. She doesn't show any signs of discomfort but probably wonders why everything is so dark.

Our other cat is a super fluffy, three year old, marmalade-orange, 16 lb, part Maine coon. He's a sweet boy and is fun to cuddle and pet.

Being in an environment where I can have all the basic things covered and can focus on growing and taking on new challenges and also being around positive people :). Also doing good things for others, helping out :)

My new flannel sheets on my bed!

I'm not big on brand names, but these Calvin Klein flannels I got at a discount store are super-comfie. Disclaimer: I don't get ANYthing for this mention, darn the luck! The sheets are just soooooo nice.

We got hit with a double whammy. First we got hit with a big thunderstorm, then lead to major flooding, then the thunderstorm turned into a snow blizzard and we got nail with over a foot of snow.

So my basement is underwater and we are snowed in at the same time.

I'm extremely happy painting my house, interior and exterior. Gardening. Reading and writing poetry. Cooking good food. Keeping my house up to snuff. Hanging good art.

I'm pretty easy.

Playing piano, singing in the church choir, volunteering on campus, spending time with my cat, and most importantly, going to sleep wth my fiancee every night, spooned together and my arm around her.

Seeing the moon and listening to the crickets at night.

Out in Georgian Bay in my kayak just sitting with my eyes closed and rolling on the waves. The sounds of the waves crashing on shore. It is very peaceful.

Being out in Nature. Where natural Nature sights and sounds is all that you can see or hear!
