How do you imagine hell?

I think it is no joke. Hell is the last place you want to be. You will be constantly tormented by demons. I can imagine nothing but damnation and despair.

Exactly as Jesus told us. Everlasting fire, wailing and gnashing of teeth, and such. Horrors and pain far beyond even the wildest imaginations, every sense and faculty of the body and mind punished for its participation in sin, and for all eternity with no hope or chance of escape or redemption.

I imagine Hell is exactly the same as Heaven. A lie, a fantasy created by humans to control other humans by using a phony religion to either threaten eternal damnation if you step out of line or eternal paradise if you do what the priests tell you. It's all a children's fairytale for weaklings who live in fear of everything they don't understand.

It's an imaginary place, just like Heaven, or Purgatory, it's just a fantasy.

Spirit is not a material being, it can't "enjoy Heaven", and it can't be "tormented in Hell".

In order to either enjoy, or to be tormented, spirit needs a physical body.

Therefore, reincarnation is far more realistic than fantasies about Heaven and Hell.

"Heaven" and "Hell" are here on Earth, if you're rich, lucky, healthy etc - You were born in Heaven.
If you're poor, misfortunate, sick etc - you were born in Hell.

Not many people on Earth feel like they are in Heaven.
Many people feel like they are in Hell.
But for most people, it's more like Purgatory.

It all depends on Karma, what be bring from our past lives, but we can't remember them, so we must try not to make the same mistakes over and over again.
