Does something really awful happening make you lose faith?

My grandmother didn't deserve to get FTD, and she shouldn't be dead when far worse people get to live to be older. I know there are good people who died from horrible things younger than her too, but for example the other terrible not really a "grandmother" on the other side as far as I know is still alive, and she gets a long life than she did and didn't get such an awful, unfair disease. It's not fair. I just find myself breaking down crying so much of the time, and find it very difficult to read the Bible and really believe it. I don't know how I am supposed to go the rest of my life and never get to be in her company again. I'm even sadder after two years than I was before. I've known other people who died before, but I got over it relatively fast because while it was sad, they weren't that integral to my life. I can't get over this. It just feels like I'm suffocating every day.
