There isn't a single thing that wants to die, but we all face it. From cells to plants to animals. Death in some ways is transformation from one state to another. Nothing gets thrown away, our atoms just get reshuffled from "order" to disorder... into something else.
We are made out of the remnants of whatever star (s) blew up long time ago.. in our brief time of existence.
That is... if you accept you are going to die any time, and you've accepted that, does it free you to life? Or are you being held back? Or does it produce fear or other emotions which constrict your freedom to live to a greater purpose?

Note: I am not suicidal and if you have those feelings or thoughts, please call 988 for support. This is not a suicide post, this is a spiritual and emotional discovery post.
