Could God send strong people who act weak to test how we treat them?

There was a bully who tried to create problems for me last year because he thought I was helpless and unable to defend myself and I ended up being way more powerful then he thought I was, and I ended defeating him and ruining his life. Now he is jobless and will be jobless forever.

Life is a test we are all connected through conscious energy. Through frequency we all have our own unique frequency.

Just like water holds memory And knows each one of us
When you touch water it has a blueprint of who you are a snowflake on a microscope glass you can put 10 drops of water on the glass and it will have the same identical 10 patterns you might not touch water for a year and when you put 10 drops of water on the microscope glass again it will give you the same identical snowflake pattern as you did last year

So it doesn't matter if he sends somebody to test us we are going through a test each and every day and in that interaction we are sending signals to God on how we handle things we walk away from that moment and walk up on somebody else and start interacting with them it either will affect that person or not and you could say the same thing were you just sent to that person for a reason yes everything is tied together

And then the next person you talk to were you sent there were they sent to you there's a reason for everything this is the test it's not just all about us it's about everybody because everybody in every second of every minute of every day is being tested when you interact with other Energies it is a conscious moment that sends the signal and that's what runs the world everybody's conscious moment

I have asked the question on here three or four times everybody get together let's have a moment a conscious moment of a prayer to stop the war to Stop The Killing

and with all of us in that moment together we could do it because that frequency would change the conscious energy as a whole

There have been numerous tests on this there was a lady with the tumor who was going to go in to get it removed the odds of her living through this we're Slim the doctors who did the operation or who were going to do the operation assembled over 100 people together and they prayed on it and the day that she went in for her operation the tumor was gone everything is tied together we are all tied together everything is a test we can make anything happen if there is enough of us to do so we are also powerful enough to do it on our own but we haven't figured it out yet so yes everything is a test

Why would God want to test us with that if we get judged after we die anyway? Wouldn't a life without God testing us directly be the biggest test of all?
