Only one belief. 9 are rules for jews like "don't work in your farm on Saturday." But Faith: in only one god "not others". The order and grouping of the list is problematic. Probably in response to the culture in 1400 bc. Jesus taught better than Moses in picture, the five from here:

They're just common sense rules everyone should live by and, as George Carlin once said, they could easily be boiled down to just 2 or 3 commandments.
