Do the Bible’s ‘twelve laws of extreme happiness’ really work?

The Twelve Laws of Extreme Happiness

  • 1 - // - No other Gods
  • 2 - // - No idols
  • 3 - // - Do not take the Lord’s name in vain
  • 4 - // - Keep the sabbath holy
  • 5 - // - Honour your father and mother
  • 6 - // - Do not murder
  • 7 - // - Do not commit adultery
  • 8 - // - Do not steal
  • 9 - // - Do not bear false witness
  • 10 - // - Do not covet
  • 11 - // - Do not judge anyone.
  • 12 - // - Take care of the poor

Some people might say, they do not want to keep these laws, because they still want the girl, or they still want the money, or they still want the praise and social esteem by others.

You can disobey God and yet still get the girl, or the money or the praise and honour, but you will not get lasting and stable happiness.

Tiger Woods is rich and miserable, Jordan Peterson is Rich and miserable. Elon Musk is rich and miserable. Donald Trump is rich and miserable. He has ruined other people's lives but he is also unhappy himself.

These laws mean, you will find great happiness that exceed any benefit you would get from breaking these rules.
