As Christianity suggests, is loving everyone a sustainable lifestyle? Can you always forgive and have no hatred?

Christianity and its love-centered worldview really interest me. However, when someone is cruel to me I often cannot be forgiving. It feels like being naive and I want to respond in kind. Are Christians able to overcome this and can they really love everyone? Is it something that our selfish human nature can accept? And don't you think that it leads you to be weaker and to fail at competition based situations since you will always help your opponent?

Since when did Christianity stand for love and forgiveness? Look at the actions not the lies they tell themselves and the rest of the world.

• Racism
• Wealth Worship
• Anti immigration hate of the "others"
• Hatred of poor people and a desire to punish them for being poor

Their "God" has been claimed to be on both sides of every war for 30 centuries. Christianity has always been a shit show of hypocrisy under the control of an endless line of con men.

Islam is another Abrahamic spinoff religion that has been hijacked by con men and narcissists from the start. It's no better than Christianity. More evidence of the con men theory is all the factions. It's not Christianity and Islam. Both religions have splintered into countless sub groups who all pretend to believe in some bullshit nuanced flavor of the central theme. They fuckers can't even get along with each other, LOL. Because at the head of each sub group is some narcissist who wants to be in charge. The whole thing is disgusting.

I do not believe you are supposed to love everybody, I believe you are supposed to avoid self-defeating and soul corroding hate, or hostility without justifiable cause, which means you do not mark somebody as an enemy for superficial reasons or for preconceived reasons.

Forgiving is for the sake of your own peace. What's not said is that you can't be angry and show your anger. You can. And sometimes you should.
