Well... it should be obvious that the venture has failed. So selling off assets would be a sensible move.

It would be like finding out Elon Musk was a fraud, and his assets being stripped and sold to pay off investors.

it does not make sense. if a guy hit someone even a priest hit, then the preist goes to jail. the church building is separate. a court using any excuse to dispossess a church is blatant hate like closing a mosque.

There are criminal AND civil penalties for crimes. Churches are not exempt.

even if they reported without proof, police can't believe it.
the only relevant payment is from the personal money of the one who hit like John Smyth. nobody else. certainly not assets land or buildings of any 'cooperative' type institution. this is blatant hate aimed at the wrong people.
