Does the Bible really teach that judging sinners is worse than sinning?

A lot of religious and non religious citizens hate those who sin against God, but Jesus said the punishment for hating and judging others is bigger than the punishment for sinning against God, I believe Jesus said judging and hating Christians who sin against God is seven times worse than sinning against God yourself.
