Because the Bible was written by people and nobody at that time knew that the Americas existed. And there was certainly no USA.
Of course, there are people who "interpret" certain metaphors in the Book of Revelations as references to the USA empire. If one believes those interpretations, then the USA is portrayed as a beast.
But there were handsome black cowboys in the Bible, in the Book Of Brady!!!(They got to lay their #blackboyjoy on any buxom blonde !!!)
Oddly enough you can't find any mention of it not only in the Bible but in any bronze age documents. It's just not there. It gets weirder, no one has even found a reference to it at Gobekli Tepe despite hundreds of petroglyphs being unearthed.
Could it be possible that the Bible was written a couple of thousand years before America was even thought of? Maybe that is why it is not mentioned.
America wasn't found yet in the timeline od the bible

For the same reason that Brazil, the Mariana Trench, or Neptune were mentioned. They weren't discovered yet. More importantly, they weren't relevant
