i did not realize i had been clinical brainwash until i chose to eat my first cheese burger. i found i froze. i could not do what i chose.

people throw around terms 'cult and brainwash' too easily and inaccurately. sometimes real brainwashing happens in religions that completely control every aspect of what you eat or using fear and are acting same as obssession.
