How much should I share personal healing and faith stories with my support group?

A person beyond my age range sent me an audio message during my vacation when I could not answer the phone talking about their medical issues and their tumours which may or may not be benign, and I responded in a categorical and general way saying, I knew God could cure incurable medical conditions because I have seen him cure me of incurable medical conditions...

I did not go into detail because if I make a specific and medically disreputable claim about personal healing beyond medical logic and medical science, it could incriminate me as a liar or as a collectively perceived exploiter who manipulates needy and struggling people.

I stopped attending a therapy group for those with similar medical issues as myself because they were getting worse while I was getting better, and I thought me talking about how great my life was, would serve no other purpose than the make those whose lives were getting worse more unhappy and more miserable.
