Most jobs require an education and possible leadership to leadership mentoring and oversight by established church review committees.
Well. I come from a religious family and you had better have your convictions to. dedicate yourself to your belief. I personally am not religious super much but attend.
I would talk to some people inside the church that know the inner workings and can tell you about how the congregation responds to views. Then, I would take a long thought at your decision and really know that is the path for yourseld.
