Its such an old cliche… How many gods do we have to stop believing in?

For the religious believers , I’m not trying to rattle the cage but hoping to understand the way you see the world. It’s a common saying that it’s God first then your family second. Now, we don’t always agree with our family members but the children in the family seem like the innocent ones.

So, If god told you to abandon your duties as a parent/ guardian to a child ( place them in a group home or leave them with someone else) and became a missionary or prophet for the rest of your life. What would you do? And more importantly , Why?
