Is there a discussion forum out there for religion enthusiasts who want to discuss Christianity but aren't indoctrinated?

I have no interest in discussing the bible with a bunch of brainwashed nutjobs who think it's full of metaphor and life lessons.

I'm into Christianity for the mythology.

I've met a few people who are like me.. but we never seem to get far in the conversations before some pink-haired twat with a gender studies degree comes in and tries to "gotcha" us while making an idiot of themselves.

I don't know what's so hard to understand about treating Christianity the same way Percy Jackson cucks see Greek mythology but that's its own question I suppose.

What’s to discuss if you’re into the mythology of it?

If you’re trying to understand something about it you can try to reason it *on your own* with some listening to some of the brainwashed people and the ‘what’ makes them believe what they believe.

You can’t really get a mentor from the brainwashed people and you really should just interact with God himself- if you believe he’s real.

If you don’t like the brainwashed aka enthusiasts of the matter than you really have no one else to discuss it with than other curious people.

If you want to see if it’s real or not or something, you’d have to venture there by yourself and see if anything sparks some truth and source of power or powerful force/ emotion.

One of my English teachers looked at the Bible from a standpoint of literature. He studied it and broke it down comparing parables of the Bible to fables, including in satire, metaphors, etc.

If you want to know the Bible and it’s info , from that standpoint, and from an unbiased source, seek a person of literature who is interested in the Bible.

if not, you can seek Bible theologians who study it with its translations of the Greek and etc.

I don't know what you’re looking for when you dive into that stuff- I feel like there should be a purpose… or I don't know just do it and hope for the best outcome- learn something new idrk 🤷‍♀️
