I’m not asking this because I want to start smoking, I saw this photo on Instagram and it just made me think. Personally in my option, I think it’s different for everyone. If you started smoking in high school and smoking helped you with anxiety or whatever you’re obviously gonna say high school. I don’t think your a bad person regardless of the age you started smoking. I know many people think weed is bad and don’t agree with it and I’m sure there will be many comments that say “never, don’t do drugs.” but I am an open minded person, if weed helps you then it helps you. I don’t look it as a bad horrible scary drug, marijuana is a plant, it is natural. Yes it can be laced and that’s where it can be dangerous but as long as your responsible you will be fine. I used to smoke a lot in high school but personally even though I did I wouldn’t suggest anyone to start smoking in high school because as you weed costs money and I think you should save your money up for important things such as moving out. If I do smoke now it’ll be at parties or in social environments with people I trust. I save my money now so I can move out as soon as possible because I never used to save my money and maybe if I had instead of spending it on weed or whatever stupid things I did in high school I’d be able to be on my own by now. I am only 19 so it’s not horrible, I’ll be outta here within the year. But in my personal opinion, maybe start smoking when you can pay your own rent, utilities, car note and not living in your parents home. many people also say it’s better to not smoke until after age 25 when your brain is fully developed. but if you do feel that you should smoke when you’re younger let me know why you feel that way, I’m curious.
