Hello guys, girls and haters,
Today we´re going to talk about how you could destroy yourself successfully. It's a fascinating topic because you may or may not be aware but you are already in the process. I´m here for those who aren´t aware and to remind those who are aware.
A few days ago I came to know I´m destroying myself. I knew this because my period became worse and I basically was experiencing heavy pre-menstrual pain. Guys, keep reading, I´ll get at you too.
Outside my period, I noticed changes in my appearance. I often felt really tired and I had the tedency to take a lot of naps. I´m a person who sleeps more than 7 hours during the night. I knew something abnormal was going on.
I found myself becoming often mad and extremely emotional.
My boobs became overly sensitive, sore and they look/are bigger.
My thoughts became blur.
Something was going on but what? I decided to look up whether a sudden change in my period cycle was normal. I came to know it might be a hormone imbalance. Hold on, that´s not what I want to talk about.
Despite being a woman with naturally high estrogen, I never had this before in an extreme way. I knew my body´s limit and I knew this was abnormal. Something else must have played a major role. My hormones weren´t imbalanced, no, they lost control.
I researched further and I ended up with a term called ´Xeno-estrogen´. Xeno-estrogen, my dear peasants, is an artificial hormone which is dangerous, especially for the male. My body basically has a big serious domination of too much estrogen and that little bit of fake estrogen made a big impact on me. Your body doesn´t make xeno but it accepts the hormone which is coming from outside.
Have you ever heard of these terms?
Bisphenol A (BPA)
Syntheitic UV filters
ETC. (There is a whole list but these are the most dangerous)
No? You haven´t? Take a look at your products. Done? I´ll help you further out.
These are the 7 dangerous endocrine disrupting substances (EDC).
We´ll start with the first one:
1. Bisphenol A (BPA)
Bisphenol A (BPA) is a major component in the manufacture of polycarbonate plastic, Epoxys and epoxy resins. This dangerous chemical is in plastics, baby bottles and soothers, food packaging (in plastic as well as inside cans of food cans), microwave meal packaging made of polycarbonate, plastic utensils, plastic cling film (from PVC), computers, CDs, thermal paper (receipts), recycled paper towels and toilet paper, medical devices, dental composite fillings, adhesives, lacquers and nail polishes.
Phthalates are used as softeners for plastics. This dangerous chemical is in PVC floors, plastic tiles, carpet with plastic underlay, vinyl wallpaper, shower curtains, (art) leather furniture and bags, PVC food packaging, electrical cables, adhesives, paints, paint (printing), cleaning products, coated fabrics, medical products (such as gloves and infusion hoses), cosmetics, textiles (water-resistant clothing, plastic clogs), toys (such as plastic dolls, water toys, children's baths, swimming wings, air mattresses).
3. Organotin compounds
Organotin compounds (also dangerous for the environment, carcinogenic and toxic to the immune system) are used as preservatives, stabilizers and biocides. This is in PVC products (gloves, slipppers, packaging), PVC printing of textiles, paint for ships, as disinfectant, tributyl tin hydride (TBT): for coating textiles. In PVC floors and floor coatings, and coatings for baking trays and baking paper.
Nonylphenols (also toxic, corrosive and environmentally hazardous) are banned in the EU in concentrations of more than 0.1%. According to many researchers, there is no safe limit for children and pregnant women. It´s still in household cleaning products, cosmetics, textiles and clothing, food packaging, toys or floor coverings, disinfectants, PVC film transparencies, as an emulsifier in pesticides and wall paint.
Octylphenol (4-tert-octylphenol) was added to the list of very serious nutrients in 2011 (Reporting obligation for the manufacturer!) Application: the manufacture of paint, glue and tires.
Parabens are preservatives, protecting against infestation of fungi and bacteria. Butyl and propyl parabens enhance the effect of the female hormone estrogen (feminization of the body) and can also lead to contact allergies. This dangerous chemical is in many care products, medicines, food, tobacco and shoe polish. Harmful parabens in cosmetic products are called butylparaben, propylparaben, in foods and tobacco products methyl, ethyl parabens and salts (E214, E215, E216, E217, E218, E219) are unfortunately still allowed. It´s better to choose natural skin product. There is this product which I used which led directly to this strange hormonal imbalance.
7. Synthetic UV filters
Synthetic UV filters such as Benzophenone-3 (oxybenzone), 3-benzylidene camphor, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor (4-MBC), 4,4-dihydoxybenzophenone, benzophenone, ethylhexylmethoxycinnamate have a hormone disrupting effect. Choose a natural sun protection.
It´s important to:
* Avoid products made of polycarbonate, recognizable by the PC label or recycling code 07. Use products made of glass, porcelain or polyethylene PE.
* Do not use canned food. BPA is more easily released from the coating, especially with greasy products.
* Choose fresh (and if possible unpackaged and regional) foods.
* Choose organic foods, which do not contain residues of pesticides.
* Use alternatives for packaging and storing food, such as glass, ceramics or stainless steel.
* Do not warm food in plastic dishes, especially in the microwave.
* Read the ingredients on the label. Avoid (baby) care products with propyl parabens, butylparabens or BPA.
* Avoid sun products and skin care products with endocrine disrupting UV filters benzophenone-1, benzophenone-2, 3-benzylidene camphor and ethyl-4-aminobenzoate. Also DEP (diethyl phthalate), artificial fragrances, PEG (polyethylene glycol / polyether glycol), PEG derivatives (from PEG derived substances) and paraffin / petroleum products / silicones can be better avoided in view of the possible negative health effects. Sun products with mineral UV filters are better.
* Less is more. Use baby care products only if necessary.
If you wonder why ONLY the government of DENMARK forbid these dangerous chemicals, it´s because the health of their people matters more to them. In other countries it isn´t prohibited because it has a big negative impact on the economy. They´ll lose good money that way. Scientists are still fighting to create the law and they have done several studies to prove (one chemical (if I´m not wrong (from a documentary) is Bispenhol A, like 91 studies were done for it to prove it´s really dangerous) that this is what destroys people and at the same time society. However, the governments are being vague and keep in denial that they don´t have enough ´evidence´.
Oh, right, back to you guys. It´s especially dangerous for men because estrogen has the opposite effect on you guys. It could lead to a decrease of testosterone and it could cause cancer. It could also cause cancer in women but women won´t get as many problems as guys will get. Too much estrogen in men leads to several problems like: Gynecomastia, erectile dysfunction and infertility. It will absolutely affect your personality and it will go downwards (estrogen feminizes after all).
Women who are pregnant MUST avoid these chemicals. Once it reaches the fetus it would lead to a lower IQ, abnormalities (e.g. autism or any other thing which might appear later in his life) and difficulties.
Now, why do I come with this, I mean I mentioned a lot of things right? My parents have always been careful (They just dislike non-bio products) and they mainly use biological products so I was never really exposed to a dangerous chemical directly. This was my first time and it affected me really bad. I´m still recovering.
Many of you might be exposed to these chemicals daily without being aware of it (ladies, watch your make-up). It might be the major reason of your problems without you knowing it.
