Even with no actual experience I still believe I fall under this category, I wonder if I need to manifest the law of attraction or something even though I do think that’s bs.

You know when you have a gut feeling? I’ve been on and off the dating apps for years, it’s come to the point where I’m not as interested & I swipe on matches/reply to msgs every few days. I’ve never had a real relationship, I saw someone for a few months maybe 5 years ago & something told me after I saw him that’d I’d be single for a long time. With him it felt like settling & I refuse to ever be with someone that made me feel like that again.

I had to use dating apps bc I’m not very friendly & I don’t get approached in person. I’m told I’m cute/attractive & I will say I have a very low sex drive (haven’t masturbated or had sex in 5 years). I don’t think this is a huge deal considering this isn’t something that will be an issue that early on, a guy can’t just look at my profile/see me in person & know that right off the bat.

I get matches (never been the issue) but it’s always: ghosting, fizzling out, lack of interest (can go both ways), feelings not reciprocated, just not a good match & some guys are just crazy. I just always have a gnawing feeling like guys aren’t attracted to me, I’d get told once in a while that some guy looked at me/found me cute but they never do anything about it. And I don’t either hence why I’m posting this

TLDR: based off the description, is this something that’s unlucky in love?

I’ve always like him (20) but not romantically, as I have a boyfriend so I was never attracted to him sexually (or that’s what I wanna think). It’s rather admiration and affection in a friendly manner. Although, I could unexpectedly hugged him sometimes so I guess he was aware I was attracted to him. In January, we spontaneously started texting for hours during some nights, and we got to know more about each other having a lot of connection. However, we also talked about sex, made some compliments and shared intimate stuff, which make my crush get super real this time. We have been like this since then and my feelings got more serious, to the point I care about him and text him almost everyday. We spent nights texting each other without stopping for hours talking about relationships, feelings, random stuff, everything. He knows I love him and that I care about him cause I tell him. But at uni, he now acts a little dumb towards me when we’re around his friends and I don’t like that, he’s almost completely different but still nice tho. My boyfriend is aware that I’m friends with him but not too much about the intensity of my crush. I just wonder if this guy might feel the same back, as we always get to talk about sex and relationships when texting or irl. He even told me I could visit his parent’s place in their home town and that I’m gorgeous. But don’t get to feel 100% sure whether or not he might feel the same.

Gym manager is attracted to me, but can’t tell if he’s a f*ckboy that does it w everyone. He’s extremely attractive til the point that I’m finding it hard to speak around him

First visit: he came over and asked if a resistance band was mine. Thought he was trying to pack it away, didn’t think much of it but noticed he kept walking past / looking at me

2nd visit: I was facing the mirror doing my stretches and he took a really deep breath when he saw me (like he was nervous?) He spoke (I had to get out my earphones) and asked if the resistance band was mine. At this point, I am thinking my resistance band either really annoys him or he’s trying v hard to talk to me

Went back to my thing and saw he turned to check me out while I stretched

3) 3rd visit: I was on the stairmaster and he was putting away the weights while facing me and lingered in the area

I went to the hiit studio, and didn’t know how to operate the lights and went out to seek help and lo and behold, he was the first one I saw. After He turned it on with the iPad, he was fiddling w the device / lingeringyI was an awkward mess and just said thanks without looking him in the eyes. he had this big smile on his face when he said no problem and kept touching his hair. I just turned away and went to get my equipment. He kept looking over at me before he walked out the door.

I kicked myself & told myself I’d approach him upstairs at the concierge when I finished my workout. When I got out of the hit studio, he was sat on the recovery chair right outside like he was waiting for me to get out? The gym was closing at this point and there was no one else in that section so he could have been anywhere else. I again freaked out due to nerves and walked right past him - the poor guy turned and looked at me walk away

I believe he’s trying very hard to approach me without being disrepectful. But I’m not confident and he’s absolutely gorgeous which explains my nerves. Any tips on how to make things happen?
