I have been having some with my teacher Kate. I have some medical conditions and learning needs and I require more support in class, Kate is aware of my medical history.

- I struggle to sleep as I have a high sensitivity to noise and smells, anxiety, and acid reflux. That week I suddenly got 4 hours every night. I take sleeping medicine which makes me woozy, so if I don’t get back to sleep, I am even more tired. Due to the issues with Kate, I struggled going to sleep on a Tuesday night as I worry what Kate will say when I go in. Due to my location and struggles to sleep/getting up I regularly arrive in class (quietly) around half 9. On Wednesday the 28th, Kate asked me if I was tired and I explained why. She knows about my irregular sleep pattern and has also suggested things to help me.

- I tried to have a nap, but it didn’t help much. After I came back to class after lunch, I asked Angela (who has been very friendly with me) to open the window as I wasn’t feeling well and needed fresh air, due to the food being brought into the room at lunch time – I literally couldn’t breathe. The window has to be opened with a pole due to it being far away. (This is the first time I have asked for the window to be opened however Angela offered to close the blinds before when I tried to do that myself, I couldn’t reach them.) I use my scarf to cover my mouth when I struggle to breathe due to smells. Angela was willing to do it but as she was doing it, Kate made a comment about me blowing hot and cold (because, as women it is a natural thing with us, as she should be aware). Theresa was sitting with Kate at her desk and started asking me why I couldn’t do it. (She has made comments in the past when I am talking to Angela).

I’ve been talking to this guy for sometime now and he’s told me that whenever I need money to ask him and he was really adamant about it. I’ve asked but only ever small amounts. Anyways there are these periods of time where he just lags on me so much and to reassure myself i ask the question ‘would he send money to a girl just because?’ and usually it helps but I want to make sure.

Monday I was okay but started to feel sick. So I was coughing and had mucus and still do. I took a pill for it this morning and will take one before I go to bed. I felt terrible today and still do. I have a stuffy nose (not as stuffy as earlier), cough and it was just awful.

My job had a 24 policy and I need to be symptom free. I hope I can go back to work tomorrow. I can’t miss too many days. There’s too many things going on this month and I can’t miss it. I still have mucus and I just hope it’s gone by the time I get up in the morning. If I feel better I’m letting my boss know and going to work.

I say it a lot. Online and off. Offline, my sister, (Yes, the evil, middle one again) tells me I'm wrong for saying this. She says I should stand up and defend what I believe in and stop being such a passive mouse. But she never seems very happy.

And being happy IS what I believe in. I mean, sure, sometimes I want to get into it with people both off and online but then I stop and wonder why? Like, so what if someone disagrees with me? And, so what if I put in all kinds of time and energy into proving MY point and making sure the world knows I'M right and making myself all worked up and agitated and PMSY in the mean time? Like, why bother? Is the person I'm arguing with suddenly going to "see the light" and say, "Omg! Random is SO right. I will change my entire life now!" And then the world will make a statue of me with a big plaque that says: "Random is Right"

'Cuz when I stop and think about it all, I really don't care. If you need to be right. Ok, be right. I'm gonna' go be happy. And maybe go look for some unicorns.

And so I ask, Am I wrong for saying I'd rather be happy than be right?
