What’s it called when a woman “mansplains”?

I was waiting for my guy friend to get out of a meeting when a gal I hate interacting with showed up and rudely asked what I was doing there (as if it were a crime to be sitting quietly and minding my own business). I said I was waiting for the guy and she leaned forward to “explain” how the workplace I’ve been working in since she was in diapers. “We close and 4 and that means we go home at 4. We don’t see people past 4.” She was super condescending for no reason and I just wasn’t having it.

I told her “Please stop. I know what time it is. I’m just sitting here, not bothering anyone.”

Well she got VERY huffy and made a scene. I just sat still, ignored her and texted my friend that I was leaving and to meet at my office in the future so I don’t have to deal with this moron and her drama.

This morning I had a call from their director. “I’m sorry you felt you had an appointment after 4pm… we close at 4, which means.”

So I had to tell HIM to stop as well, and explained my buddy asked me to come meet him there, and the gal blew the whole thing out of proportion for no reason.

But when I came to explain why her demeanor was so rude I couldn’t think of the proper term for “mansplaining”!

So what do you say when a GAL is condescending and feels the need to justify her existence by explaining the obvious…?
