People today now use fillers to enlarge their lips
Fake eyelashes to make their eyes more alluring
dye their hair to make themselves look better
labia enlighteners and surgeries to make their down stairs more appealing
straighter curly hair or curl straight hair to make a change in look
waist trainers
skin lightening or skin tanning to change their complexion
some even get breast or ass enlargement etc etc.

Most of these things are things people do to enhance their looks and still it's not looked down upon, however I notice people tend to have a different opinion once they find out someone has fake colored eyes.. why? it's just the same as the person dying their hair.. it's not their natural hair color yet they change it to upgrade, or the ones with makeup which tend to be all even if it's minimal it's to upgrade and it's not that they were born with makeup, just like the contacts..

Many guys say they don't prefer all this but really in the right proportions, girls look way better after being altered and those are the ones getting the most attention and guys want that type because men are visual creatures and are captured by the perfected look, so why on here do you all diss on that when in reality you all drool over it? I don't get it. I'm not talking about the ones that over do it and look totally fake,.. I'm talking about the ones that make it all look natural or close to it when it's really fake and guys like it, yet here they say they don't but in real life their eyes go THERE!
Back to my point in question..
why are many people looked down on for waring fake colored contacts?

I've been on a lot of dates, but I've never been the one to ask a guy out. I'm more of a shy person so I've honestly never even tried and I'm terrified of it. I prefer the process of getting to know someone and becoming friends with a guy first.

But I pushed myself and I've approached a few guys before to make conversation and some of them got the idea that I liked them but their attraction would wear off because they didn't ask me out. I felt that maybe it was because they generally weren't interested or just sensed that I wasn't really being myself and wasn't putting myself in a position to be pursued. Sometimes, guys digged that but then they only wanted sex from me, so then I reject them because friends with benefits is not my thing.

You know what I find odd? Men keep saying that they love the chase, yet sometimes they don't pursue and are expecting a woman to make the first move. I just think that's kind of cringe because I prefer to be the one who is pursued and 99% of the girls I know do too. I've noticed lots of guys might be enticed by this kind of girl at first, but then they move on to someone else who they want to pursue. *Basically they think the girl who approaches first just wants to suck their dick.* What's your opinion on the chase?
