If a thong on your pic is the one you're talking about, then yes, I have worn it, but it was very uncomfortable for me and I don't like such thongs. Too rough for me, or maybe material was too rough. and it feels somehow uncomfortable, like I'm not wearing any underwear. I totally hate those thongs 😅

I've never heard of a "2-way thong" but it sounds profoundly uncomfortable. It could even reach the level of painful. I would never want to wear one of those.
