Say a man that is well regarded in social circles, wealthy, gives you the "eye", invites/coerces you to follow him into the changing room "to help with some clothes" and then, the heat turns up and announces he wants you, kisses, and goes for you. Examples: Tiger Woods, movie stars, political figures. Not even young, like you are both in your 40's or 50's... old people mate too ya know... even if they pull some muscles in the process.

There is no "yes" consent, but there's no "non consent either" and you're actions somewhat reciprocate. It's a passionate... animal moment WITH A HIGH VALUE MALE... million or billionaire and he's famous... and he wants YOU!!

You don't yell, scratch, or otherwise kick and scream... none of that. You view this as "hot" in retrospect and attest to that.

Would you view that as sexual assault or rape?

Does your answer change if afterwards he offers to be his girlfriend, take you out on date, that he is interested in you?

After a Texas family asked a neighbor to stop shooting a gun in his yard because their baby was trying to sleep, he came over and killed 5 people with an AR-15 style rifle, police say.

Neighbors came to a Texas man's fence and asked him to stop firing his gun in his yard because they had a baby next door who was trying to sleep.

In response, police say the man drunkenly went next door and killed five people with an AR-15-style rifle, ABC News reported. He remains at large.

It is the latest in a string of shootings resulting from seemingly normal and even mundane interactions.

In Kansas City, 16-year-old Ralph Yarl was shot in the head after he accidentally went to the wrong house to pick up his younger siblings. In New York, a 20-year-old woman was shot and killed after she and her friends pulled their car into the wrong driveway.

Authorities from the San Jacinto County Sheriff's Office told KTRK-TV, a local ABC News affiliate in Houston, that the yet-unnamed suspect had been drunk and firing shots from his front porch in Cleveland, Texas. At about 11:30 pm on Friday, neighbors intervened.

"My understanding is that the victims, they came over to the fence and said 'Hey could [you not do your] shooting out in the yard? We have a young baby that's trying to go to sleep,'" Sheriff Greg Capers told KTRK. "And he had been drinking, and he says 'I'll do what I want to in my front yard.'"

That's when the agitated man retaliated, police said.

When police arrived on the scene, at least 10 people were in the home, several of whom had been shot "from the neck up almost execution style." Five victims are dead, including an 8-year-old child, KRTK reported. Three others are injured, and their condition is unknown, KHOU-11, another local TV station, reported.

There is a negative stereotype that men are slower to grow up and mature when it comes to how they treat the opposite gender.

Personally I know I think and react differently towards women in general compared to how I was in my teens and early 20s. I am more careful about the comments I make, refrain better from starring too long (if she’s attractive), I communicate better if I am interested or not, I make better thought out decisions and I handle rejection better (and reject others better) compared to the younger version of myself

I also know most women hate the feeling of “being used and/or lied to for sex.” If it’s a hook up or fling I’ll be open about my true intentions even if it costs me want. Not to say I was a liar when I was younger. But years ago I would stay tight lipped if I just wanted one thing when the other girl was thinking we would get in a relationship. In retrospect I recognize that was wrong. Nowadays I don’t give false hope.

That of course doesn’t mean I’m perfect. I will continue to make mistakes. However I am more cognizant of how the other gender thinks now. I also am less likely to get caught off guard if a bad gut sense about something.

With that said I’ve have unfortunately encountered a lot of grown ass women in their 30s and even older that still show blatant immaturity. The worse example is how some of them still play dumb if a guy is interested (and woman isn’t) to exploit the friéndzone for attention and benefits.

I would think a grown woman would know better than to do that. It’s not a sex issue but a respect issue. The guy has only so much time, resources and patience to stick his neck out.

He can handle rejection but being friendzoned is extremely insulting. He will usually figure it out faster than a young man and when he does he will feel exploited.

Just meeting older woman who still believe in this crap is insane.
