I've seen so many marraiges in divorce. What I don't understand what makes youner woman think its okay too get involve in a relationship with a guy in his early 30's who happens to be alredy married with a stable family? Why younger woman can't just stick to men their own age why ruin a home?
Simply put they're trash. They may not even realize it but regardless they are. I used to work with a girl like this. She only flirted with guys already in relationships. And if she was successful in breaking the relationship she lost all interest in the guy. She had really low self esteem to. I think this was her toxic way of dealing with it. If she couldn't be happy she was going to see no other woman was either. I pity her, even as toxic as she is. Because she'll likely never see it, probably never be happy, and never understand why.
Did she ever get fire frm your work place?
No. But she would quit and come back and get re-hired.

No. That place I used to work at was just that bad. 😆 and despite her toxic behavior with men who were taken, she was actually a pretty good worker.

This causes competition for such men to increase. Our society shed a lot of moral inhibitions, so questions of what is right and wrong will no longer impede as many women from going after a married man.
It's not that 30+ family guys are all weaklings and young women have a spell to ensnare their heart, bodies and souls.
For me it's clear and simple, those guys don't enjoy their "family life" as much as they supposing to do. On the other hand knowing their weakness for young meat, it's irresponsible to destroy families one after another as attractive young girl. You have to keep in mind, you will one day be very likely the wife of a guy who gets saliva discharge like a hungry dog when he sees a young butt.

You're confused because you naively believe that attraction is symmetrical. What women value in men isn't the same as what men value in women. Think about it logically. More 20 yro are living at home w/ their parents than any other generation in the history of the world. Meanwhile women in their 20's are trying to capitalize on their youth by finding someone that they admire and respect to settle down w/ them. There much more likely to do this w/ a man that has built up some value. Women are born w/ value men have to earn their value and it takes longer to earn it.

I think young girls want a piece of that happiness and guys there age aren't into having a family yet. So they target early 30's hoping the guy has sufficiently sown his seed and is ready to settle down.
They try to use their youth/beauty and slide right in and take his wife's place. Pretty cold thing to do, especially, if it was their intention.
Just because a man is older, that doesn't mean he is married. And good quality men want a partner that hasn't been with too many people and doesn't have a bad past. A woman's career/money doesn't add value to her for a potential SO most of the time.
I think many young women today look at a man in marriage. As a man who they love 2 be with. Cause him married means no strings attached. They are free 2 see him and other men as well. Historically and practically a man's resources and ability to support her and her children is more important than his age gap. The whole propose of marriage is children, for a man that requires he is established and stable enough to support his wife and kids. A woman by contrast MUST be young enough to actually have such kids.

That is more the teaching of a relatively recently popular cultural teachings. Teachings from a culture that has since abandoned the institution marriage for similar reasons, and is now itself already well almost out the door demographically due to such disastrously low birth rates.
