Seems a lot of people were celebrating when he got shot, I can't think why, he wasn't a bad guy. I didn't agree with everything he said but it seems his appeal was just saying what most of us believe. I feel sorry for his wife & children, as well as Charlie Kirk who won't get to see his children grow up. I greatly admire the way his supporters handled his murder, not with riots or protests but with prayer gatherings and rosary vigils. I think his death has revealed a real lacking in a lot of people's character.

Earlier that morning, state senator John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette, were shot in their home in nearby Champlin and hospitalized. Police responding to the attack on the Hoffmans checked on the Hortmans' home, where a man fired at them. The shooter escaped, sparking the most extensive manhunt in Minnesota history. The authorities identified 57-year-old Vance Luther Boelter as a suspect and captured him on the evening of June 15 in Green Isle, Minnesota. He was federally charged with murder, stalking, and firearms offenses.
