A veterinary clinic in Consilla, a suburb of Dublin, Ireland, has placed an ad for a unique employment opportunity that any cat-lover would gladly pounce on if they were given the chance.
The clinic called Just Cats is seeking a professional “cat cuddler” to help care and show affection to the felines in their care. Aside from being required to be a huge fan and lover of cats, the position itself on the Just Cats website describes requirements as, “gentle hands capable of petting and stroking cats for long periods of time”

However, the Veterinary Council of Ireland has stated that the position must require real qualifications. That hasn’t stopped the job from receiving applications from people around the entire globe. The position has also outlined that candidates should be “…softly spoken and capable of cat whispering to calm the nerves of some of our in patients.”
Do you have the right ‘cattitude’ to apply to this position? The veterinary clinic for cats stated that they are “an equal opportunities employer; however, we do discriminate against dogs attending our veterinary clinic as patients.” This opportunity would place the new applicant in the position of caring for the animals by cuddling them and showing affection. We wonder what the job application process must look like!

The website also features a handy blog for cat lovers filled with tricks on how to care for their pets, as well as ideas for Halloween and Pet names! It’s clear that they take this new job position for a “cat cuddler” very seriously! Does it sound like the right job for you?

Do you think GaG should implement a policy where it would take more than one person to have a question or comment removed?

Depending on the number of people (45%) who respond to a specific question/opinion should determine if something is removed or not.

Personally speaking, I do NOT believe any content should be removed NO matter how many people are bothered by the question/opinion because someone will always take offense to something. You can't please everyone and we ALL are unique in our own ways, which is the reason why we view things differently. If someone is offended by something I say, I would much rather them explain why or move on to the next person's post. I'm not gonna cry about a question and/or an opinion if I don't like it... I move on. I requested that some post be removed because people have done it to me (I was being petty).

Everyone doesn't like the same music, movies, TV shows, languages, home styles, food, drinks, fast food places, sports, clothes, shoes etc...

Side note: Each time one of my questions is removed I actually feel like I'm doing something right. Deleting someone account will only make them create a new one, go elsewhere, or become competition.
