*I know they ask certain things so certain meds won't clash and you can be more susceptible to certain illness and so forth, but how many are truly honest on their medical records? Because...Example: No matter what you're there for at the doctors (you can say your toe hurts, lol), they always ask if you smoke, do cannabis, drink, are sexually active, if you are depressed... etc. Have you ever lied on any of that? Because I am trying to wonder, how many people would actually be honest if they do drugs or something like that? (It doesn't seem like a good idea to tell anyone because it causes problems, obviously.) It's not like the doctor can force you to stop anyway, you know? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So i know some of you will judge but really want to know what to do and opinions if he would come back

So me and my partner or now ex was together for 6 years on and off
We have a 1 yr old baby girl together and moved in together
Thing is.. he recently got into drugs and sometimes if he gets angry or stressed he would runaway from home and take it
Then few days later he always comes running back
This happens all the time within the last years.. its a pattern

So last weekend we got into an argument but before he went to work he said bye and he will message when he's there
And he did message
But then he never came home
Its been a week now

Im staying with my parents with my little one right now
And when i was going back to our home i saw that he came back home but never bothered to contact me or see our little one

Usually he would call or text but never did

Is he done for real now?
