I don't know what but ever since I been raised by a mom that is constantly obsessed with being thin as a fucking twig and all the struggle and next to nothing eating she goes through just trying to drop 5 lbs, I just don't see a need in it.
That's why I like to eat whenever I feel like and whatever I feel like in combination with lifting and excersize.
