A recent study of ~92,000 people in the UK suggests that if longevity is your goal, you might want to get your workout in after lunch. The study found that people who work out between 11am and 5pm are less likely to die prematurely than people who #riseandgrind.

The post goes on to say that men should appreciate the women in their lives always because it is not easy to be a woman. )

I believe that this post purposefully disregards the sacrifices men have to make. Makes it seem as if mens lives are perfect and that men don’t deal with any hardships or issues or problems in their lives. I also believe that this post makes it seem like everything women do is against their own will. As if they’re forced to have to find love. As if baby fever isn’t something women want yet that’s somehow mens fault?
