Why do Christians claim Jesus destroyed the Law when Jesus himself said He would NOT destroy the Law?

Jesus actually said, "Until Heaven and Earth Pass away, not one Jot or Tittle shall in any wise pass away from the Law until all things are fulfilled."

This means whatever nonsense Paul was teaching was just that: complete nonsense. The Law of God cannot change because God himself does not change and because God does not break his own laws.

So for example, "Thou shalt not steal" and "thou shalt not commit adultery" and "Thou shalt not covet" are still in force. Those are fundamental laws of God which are the same everywhere for all created beings for all of space and time.

What exactly did Jesus alleged death and resurrection accomplish? Nothing. Samuel wrote, "Obedience is greater than sacrifice and to acknowledge (God) is greater than all whole burnt offereings."

Isaiah wrote that God did not want your sacrifices nor your feast days and oblations and solemn assemblies. He wanted a broken and contrite heart.

So how is righteousness obtained? The same way any other merit is obtained: Obey! Obedience is greater than sacrifice.

You cannot find anything in the Law and Prophets claiming a coming man-god would die and that would magically save anyone from sin. What you can find is God telling people OBEY.
