Today I went to Vons and after I grabbed mostly fruits and vegetables (and some keto snacks and meat on the side) I saw these two young-adult women roaming around the store and I said excuse me as I was going to pass by them but I actually approached them and asked them if they have heard about the keto said. One of the girls said no and I said you should go check it out; I said they should try it out, it's a way to cut carbs and I have some bad habits to move away from. I gave both of them the page and the other girl took a picture of my account on her phone and I also asked if they got iPhone 13s and they said yeah and I said me too!

As I left their spot I heard them laughing (presumably at the way I posted things on my TikTok). I'm asking this question for my job coach. He overheard my crush saying she wasn't trying to "reject" me.

Today I found out verbally that this week will be my crush's last week working at the thrift store that I volunteer at. She (19) is a few years younger than me (22). My job coach (33) is much older than me, but they seem to get along slightly better - just slightly.

For the "longest" time (I'd say about a month or two) I hadn't opened myself up to the girl I approached. Despite her being younger than me, she was actually in charge of the site where I was helping with donations and stocking clothes separately by gender/age (men's, women's, kids') and type (tops, bottoms).

Once I heard from her that she was quitting, I asked her where she thinks she's considering moving to as far as career goes, and she said she's moving for school. I prompted that she didn't mind me asking, could I have her number. She said no, I apologized by saying sorry but she told me not to be sorry since it's work and she has to keep it all work-related, even after I said I just wanted to make a friend.

THAT was when my job coach started hearing the "reject" part from the girl's mouth. To be fair, my job coach even told me that when he and she first started talking it seemed a bit off. The girl was supposed to just be a temporary employee.

My job coach thought that I was making the girl feel uncomfortable and the disability program I belong in has guidelines regarding communications/appropriate talk with the opposite sex. I've literally seen job coaches flirt with each other in the program and people didn't seem to think it was a big deal.

The girl and the male job coach both are white people of European ethnicity. I am ethnically Arab and Armenian.

The rules exist because of the monetary rewards system and the points get downgraded if misbehaviors and even flaws are pointed out by the job coaches. Men with disabilities are almost treated like children in many cases.

Years ago I stopped by cash only tavern that was notable for having musicians play acoustic indie and class rock hits. I remember there was the absolutely gorgeous young blond female singer and guitarist. She was singing Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young hits and she was good at it.

I have appreciated classic rock songs since my early 20s and seeing a beautiful young woman perform them live (and do it well) sent me into a absolute trance.

I remember racking my brains for a way to approach her and not look creepy. I did get a brief conversation with her and she told me her name (which I still remember 10 years) later. I found her FB fan page. Sadly however she moved out of town a few weeks later. But that was a rare moment where I felt completely captivated.
