Attracting females now in days is like looking for gold? What works?

When I was in my younger 20s I used to attract females easily. I had a girlfriend for three years. I'm 30 now. It got hard when social media like dating apps and Instagram came around. For some reason women became delusional on the men they want. So what works? If you don't have a strong social circle it's hard to even bring girls to you're life. Even if you do have a social circle attracting females is hard anyway. I tried online dating , cold approach, social clubs , sports and other activities to meet girls and I got rejected in all of them. I completely ruined it with the girls I know in my social circle. At work I got rejected too. Nothing works for me. No nothing has changed in me. Just jobs. I got even more busier with my life and in the same guy 7 years ago. I work I have several hobbies. I see all these guys with really attractive girls and I'm here with nothing. Some guys seem to be blessed and other are just cursed like me. I'm 30 years old and I feel like my dating life is over because no girls in there 20s wanna date a 30 year old. So what works? Cuz I feel like nothing works.

Well when I do that I get told I'm a nice guy and I get put in the friend zone. So I have to be somewhere in the middle.

The friend zone does not exist and being a nice guy is a good thing. If anything, you are putting yourself in the "friend zone"
Be upfront and daring and ask those women out. Don't befriend them just so you can get in their pants later. If you just want to date someone, and you don't want to be friends at all. Don't be friends with them its manipulation.
From their point of view, you became their friend and stayed their friend after they rejected you. They didn't put you in any special zone you just didn't get elevated to dating.

Very true. Yes ask them out. That's how guys win. I think that "desperate" myth is only to repel men from asking girls out.

Start going after girls your age instead of girls in their early twenties. Honestly it sounds like a personality problem that is repelling girls from you. Some girls might be willing to overlook weirdness in a guy for a short while when he's young and hotter, but probably not when he's pushing 30.

Pfff all single mothers and most are divorced. No way Jose. I know women love older men so I'm not going to back down from that. I'm not saying I'm looking to date young 18 year olds no way. They still look like children and they are definitely not mature. I've seen 30 year old dudes date girls way younger then they are. I would date my age only if she is not a mom and was divorced multiple times. Plus those women think they still deserve a millionaire with money and looks.

Try dating older women, including ones older than you. Meeting someone can be totally random, and be honest with yourself about your weaknesses as a dating prospect so you can make changes.

Well older ones think I'm too young. I don't know I prefer younger ones and it should be because most women love older dudes.

Is it possible that you're setting your standards too high for appearance? Not saying you're not an attractive guy, but looks aren't everything.

Yes I think you're right. I only want thick curvy girls and not the skinny ones. Well I've been told by many girls I'm attractive but the thing is that looks don't get you anywhere. I think what I need to have is perseverance because I'm always afraid to look needy
