My boyfriend and I have always gone to the gym together but within the past year, his “boys” have been tagging along as well. I didn’t mind it at first but now it’s getting exhausting… they talk so loud (even with noise cancelling headphones on I can still hear them), take up the entire gym, always taking pictures, take 10-15 mins breaks between sets, etc.

I mean I love them, they’re all super chill, but seeing them 4-5x a week at the gym where it used to be my place for “escape” is starting to burn me out. I’ve asked my boyfriend if we can just work out where it’s just the two of us but he said it’s a public gym and he can’t control when they’re gonna come (but then he always tells them the time and day of when he’s gonna be at the gym… he even invited more of his friends to work out together at the same gym, at the same time… it’s now a group of 6-7 boys + my boyfriend). I would love to hang out with them outside of the gym, but the gym should be a place to work out not to hang out right?

I offered to go to the gym separately so I can enjoy some quiet gym time but my boyfriend insisted that we go together. I’ve had stalkers at the gym in the past and my bf’s now a bit paranoid which is why we always go together. But it’s driving me nuts… I just want some peace and quiet… I feel bad for feeling this way, but I can’t stand it anymore :(

P. S. I’m also an introvert so hanging out with loud extroverted people 4-5x a week drains me lol

I met a Korean guy (25 m) online, he is a soldier. by the way I'm 22f. We've been talking since the end of January. We also called each other and talked on the phone. He asked me for a body pic once before, but I refused. I said I might consider it once we had a closer relationship. He and I talked on the phone today and I asked him if we could maybe FaceTime afterward. He told me we could do it. He said he had training to go to and then we could do it. He also asked me why I wanted to FaceTime. I told him that we had been texting and talking on the phone and that I wanted to see him while we talked. He then brought the subject to sexuality. He asked if we could talk about it. So I said we could talk as long as we didn't go too far cause i barely know him. He asked me if I had had sex before, if I had a boyfriend, when was the last time, and if I ma**ted. He was very surprised when I told him I was a vi***n. He asked how often I do it. And talk abouit it kind of a few minutes. And then I asked him when was the last time he had a girlfriend. He said he last had a girlfriend 2 years ago. He asked if we could talk about it again later. I said I would think about it. I felt a little uncomfortable with the direction of the conversation. I wanted to move forward with him like a boyfriend. I can say that I'm a little disappointed. Do you think I can have him as a boyfriend? How should I proceed? I live in Istanbul and he is near Seoul. How should I proceed with this?

I've been on a few dates with men that told me things like: "oh we should do [something] together in [a few months onwards]", while we're still in early days of dating (sometimes on the first date). For example "we should do a road trip in April!", "you should come to [another country] with me in August", "There's a festival next year, we should go together". They seem pretty genuine but I'm always slightly shocked to hear that when it's only been a few weeks. Do guys actually mean it they say these kind of things? Does it mean that they are actually considering something serious with me or are these just words that men often say to any girl?
