I think you are not getting the point. The gender pay gap is the difference two individuals are paid FOR THE SAME JOB.
Most of the stats used (the 70% of male salary figure) aren't based on a same job situation. In general, for each dollar a male makes, a woman makes 74 cents, this is a national avg. Govt stats show that there is a gender pay gap for males/female doing the same job, but it's usually only about 94 cents per dollar
You could've done a better job describing the WHY..
One thing you didn't mention was that men ask for raises/promotions at a far higher rate.
You're very wrong and have shown zero evidence to back your hotheaded opinions.
Total failure of a take.
I knew two people that were servers. One was a girl that was smoking hot. One was just a guy. Guess who got paid higher with tips? The hot girl!! GENDER DISCRIMINATION lol
