Okay, let me get this guy to do the actual pointing so that I can meet the photo requirement and get on with this.

There! Now, I want to take a second to explain why I dislike that joke that goes "How do you know if someone is vegan? Don't worry, they'll tell you." *laughter*
There is a reason behind vegans telling people about the diet they follow, and it's not necessarily because we feel like we're better than anyone else. In my experience, it's been something I tell people so that they don't offer me every kind of food they have, only to have me turn it all down. That sort of thing makes me feel rude.
"Want some of this rad cheesecake?"
"No, thanks. I'm vegan."
It just saves time to be upfront about it.

I would try vegan. But it would be basically impossible in the house I live in, it's would not work at all.
Makes sense though to tell people you are vegan, they won't be offering you food
