When it comes to fashion, men and women can't agree on everything. Fashion trends come and go, and it's no surprise men dislike a fair share of them (see this article on GAG for reference), but sometimes I think a girl can push the limits too far with fashion.
Female celebrities seem to love making a statement on the red carpet, so I can only imagine the crazy outfits these stars will debut tonight at the Grammys. I understand women love wearing over the top outfits to turn heads and feel like the belle of the ball, but I think some of these women look scandalous rather than trend-setting. I don't know about all guys, but I think most guys would feel embarrassed if their date arrived wearing fishnets and a thong to a public event.

Lady Gaga wasn't really scandalous, that was usually how she dressed both at her concerts and in her music videos, so it was to be expected haha. The other ones look super trashy/weird though, I agree.
I just don't know where to start Jennifer Lopez outfit was to me OK I mean yes it does look like a robe I guess but it wasn't to OMG WTF IS THAT and maybe i just think its fine because I like her so umm LOL but some of the other ones were a little bit like WTF are you wearing girl? Way too much body, like the orange one with the holes that looks like something thats blocking off construction sites where I live, I can make that dress for less than what she paid for it. She must not had bunch of time to get ready, Lady Gaga I mean she just gonna wear what she wants and thats it.
I mean if you gonna show leg alright cool but I don't need to see everything the Good Lord gave ya!! That's my opinion you don't gotta follow, I mean yeah OK wear what you want but I just think girls need to cover up some things leave some wonder to the imagination OK. I mean some of them outfits were just to to much. I know I wouldn't wanna be standing next to some of them outfits like its not Halloween.
I personally would feel SO uncomfortable in something showing off so much skin I can't show off all that, I mean I might aswell go naked or just use my kids stickers to cover my nipples and wear one of their tutus with a thong on some high-heeled crazy ass shoes and a tiara there's my outfit.
What if they came in full blown muscle? I'm not kidding what if they came in an evening gown that was off set with big shoulders packed with mounds of muscle, not something you can take off when you get home, but something that may even rip if you happen to flex a muscle. Muscles in the mirror tell the story. A man thinks he can build muscle only. Ha
You want to turn heads, try it with muscle that pops up when you want it too. They are not staring at the dress they are not embarrassed by the dress, oh yeah, they are embarrassed alright but not because of dress up or dress down.
Does anybody get it? We live in 2016 NOT 1916. Hello... just making a statement, you guys can all go back to sleep now.
They are clearly only doing it in order for the media to pay attention to them. It is a calculated business move. They dress up as like it is Halloween, and suddenly everyone can't stop talking about them. I doubt most guys they date would care. Any guy that cares about having a respectable lady, wouldn't be dating a celebrity in the first place.
I know how most stars wear can get a bit crazy but lady gaga has her own personal sense and style. You gotta expect that from her. Jennifer's was still on the classy side although sheer. Nicki has something printed on hers.. like a pope? I think that may have been with regards to her album 'ROMAN" which I think is a bit out of order but celebrities gonna wear what they want to.
These are hilarious! I don't know though.. Those outfits for Lady Gaga are befitting for her. Haha. Nicki looks like she wants to summon the dead. And Joy Villa? She looks like she belongs in a construction zone! Too much and hideous.
They get paid millions of dollars to wear that stuff, because most of us "respectable classy" people end up paying the media millions to watch that stuff. I wouldn't say if it is a question of them liking what they wear or even agreeing with it. They wear what pays. End of the story.
Joy Villa's looks like recycled soda rings. X) I don't think Lady Gaga's look bad, just impractical in that way haute coutoure is but not really scandalous.

I like the first 2010 Lady Gaga outfit. These women might as well just be naked though. There's no reason not to. To be honest if it were legal I think they would do it.
Lady GaGa looks just as wacky as she probably does when she steps out of her house every day. Toni Braxton is an immutable goddess of time and will never be unattractive.
@heavensgift2girls So we should always consider the feelings of wusses who get uncomfortable by clothes? Maybe they should just stay inside and turn off the TV because clearly they are too precious for this life. So yes it is a good thing.
Just because someone can be embarrassed doesn't mean they are a wuss. Embarrassment is a normal human emotion. Just like any other emotion, it should be respected. The idea that your partner shouldn't feel something, without it being a failing on their part, is a very unhealthy view.
And the Traci chick it was the early 2000s thought that was common And the Jlo dress actually goes down In fashion history as an iconic one it's not so great nowadays but back then it was the talk And Lady Gaga is Lady Gaga anything she wears is fine with me and probably most her fans.
