1. Be constructive

Speech is one of the important things to effect people. It doesn't matter where or with whom you are talking, you should always consider their value of judgement. If you treat somebody like dirt, it will lead to some reactions.

2. Make your speech interesting

The topic that you choose o speak must be interesting for the people that you talk to and also for yourself. We all know that we can't speak comfortably about the things that we don't find interesting.

3. Integrate your speech with your personality

It would be really weird when someone who is a liar, talking about how bad lying is. It won't be convincing.

4. Have a purpose

What do you aim with your speech? What do you want to show them? You must consider these questions while speaking.

5. Get the listener's attention

It doesn't matter what you are talking about, once the listener lose attention, the communication will stop. You should arouse interest. To be able to do that, you should know your listener well.

6. Have knowledge

To be able to speak confidently about a topic, first you must have knowledge about it.
