Eh that's not necessarily true. I have been catcalled while wearing regular jeans and t shirt. Nothing revealing there.
It's annoying and embarrassing if other people are around and terrifying if you are by yourself and it happens.

A lot of overweight people are trying to get healthier, and when other people make them feel bad, it can kill any motivation they have built up. You don't have to support overweight people but you also don't have to shame them. Its not your life they are living

I looked through articles of personal experiences, the averages of woman and men who are assaulted in public statistics. I also read a lot of blogs. I wouldn't say that every single person who is overweight would be a victim but it does, from what I read tend to be much more cruel.
But are you saying it's less cruel if she's a skinny 10/10? I think most women who've been raped are more concerned by the fact they were violated against their will.
