Logic is nothing without facts.
What i mean is, its a fact Men Are Women are different, I mean i can quote a biology book if needed... Its a fact we are in a free market its what our society is built on... Why isn't the work force dominated by women then? Companies are out to make money, so why hire men at all if its cheaper to hire women?

Then where's the study? There might be a pay gap in some industries. But over all, the pay gap is much smaller than thought, about 5% difference is the current estimate when many variables are controlled for.
