So basically, a woman who is here, legally, has a right to work, who went to school here legally, who went to college, and married and got a job, AND WILL PROBABLY BE DEPORTED.

One important quality in a good leader; a truly good leader, is empathy. Trump lacks empathy.

I've said it before and I'll say it again:
Donald trump is a malignant narcissist and very likely a sociopath who lacks any decency, empathy, or sympathy.

Not only did she gain legal status, but even if she did, it's not like she came here willingly. She came here as a toddler.

Now, some may argue that even though she's not at fault, agnes she's not a bad person, we should follow the "rule of law", and if the law mandates she should be deported, she should be.

However, sometimes, laws need to be changed. I know this is an extreme example, but once upon a time slavery was legal, and segragation was legal. How did we try to fix that? Emancipation Proclamation, and Civil Rights Act. Clearly there was something wrong with the laws, and they had to change.

Dreamers aren't "here legally" - they're given a temporary dispensation from prosecution for their illegal presense.

Your confusion stems from an ignorance of the law; it's actually surprising that an illegal immigrant, even with dispensation, is allowed to re-enter after visiting their country of origin.

You do realize the person giving a dispensation has every right to remove that dispensation - which results in the execution if the law under normal circumstances, in this case the detainment of illegal immigrants crossing the border.

Shame her parents chose to break US law and enter the country illegally. She could easily have died on the way as well. Ya putting your child in jeopardy like that just to commit a crime in a foreign country. I wonder if the even feel ashamed of what they've done. And look it's still haunting her to this very day.
